On or about June 02, 2022, an employee was using a pneumatic nail gun on a two-story roof to re-nail the roof sheathing, during which time he was not using fall protection; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazards. MAHET'S CONSTRUCTION INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442181, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5260 Donald Ross Rd Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. |
