The Orion Builders Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1534866, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 224 Red Tail Blvd Sorrento, FL 32776. |

The employer Orion Builders Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1376854, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6630 Sunset Vista Way, Land O Lakes, FL 34649. |
