The employer fails to assure effective fall protection against falls as required by the standard as most recently demonstrated on June 15, 2017, at window openings and on the top plate of the outer walls of the second floor of the house under construction at 13657 NW 10th Place, Newberry Florida. Four framing employee where exposed to 12 feet and 21 feet falls to the ground below, in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
