Ms. DiSanto advised she was not entering an appearance to present oral argument but was seeking solely to advise this court that the appellant's previously filed bankruptcy proceeding remained pending and that the appellant was awaiting action by the bankruptcy court that would potentially authorize her to serve as counsel on behalf of the appellant in the bankruptcy proceedings. She acknowledged that the appellant has not obtained an order from the bankruptcy court in response to this court's order of March 8, 2023, and that the automatic bankruptcy stay did not apply to this proceeding. Counsel for the appellee, Melissa A. Santalone, was present and prepared to proceed with oral argument.
