(b) At the right side wall of the building at 18012 Woodland View Dr., Lutz, FL, on or about July 31, 2018, an employee installing tapcon screws did not use the 22 foot Louisville Ladder at the proper angle, in that the distance between the foot of the ladder to the top support on the wall was nine feet, seven inches from the wall, exposing them to a 14 feet fall hazard. |
