When conditions warrant, the height of the top edge may exceed the 45-inch height, provided the guardrail system meets all other criteria of paragraph (g)(4). On or about 12/31/2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to 12-foot fall hazards when working from a Uline forklift aerial platform Model H-2772 in that the height of one top rail measured 35 inches and another top rail measured 36 inches in areas that were damaged/bent.
