On or about 4/6/2017, in the basket assembly area, final assembly area, metal cutting area, baskets and skimmers assembly area, cutting & grinding area, and the back warehouse storage area and the R & D area, plastic PVC piping was used in exposed above ground locations, a practice prohibited by ANSI/ASME B31.8-1986, Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping System Standard. |
