Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as an ongoing practice, most recently exemplified by the observed conduct demonstrated on August 16, 2016, when employees are working on a residential roof at 632 Millers Dam Court, Ponte Vedra Beach Florida 32082 without fall protection and are exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet. Reese's Roofing, Inc., previously committed a serious violation of this standard on February 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace at 926 Florida Blvd., Neptune Beach, FL, which became a final order on April 4, 2012 (Inspection No. 315484782).
