On or about October 25, 2021, at 545 Sutton Place, Longboat Key, Florida, employees were exposed to electrocution hazards when using an aluminum extension ladder to gain access to a rooftop located, near energized overhead power lines at 7,620-volts and the employer did not determine whether the performance of the work could bring the employees or the aluminum ladder into physical or electrical contact with the power lines nor did the employer post and maintain proper warning signs where such energized lines existed. |
