Appellant responded, arguing that, while the part of the appealed order granting Appellee’s motion for attorney’s fees was not appealable because it did not determine a fee amount, the part of the order denying its claim for entitlement to attorney’s fees was an appealable final order. The response, though, indicates that the parties filed competing motions for attorney’s fees, such that the grant of one motion determining which party prevailed was dispositive of the other motion.
