Miscellaneous Order ~ On October 28, 2022, Bernard Merisier filed a pro se notice of appeal on behalfof Driving Frenzy Motors LLC. The notice of appeal was signed by Merisier but lackedan address or telephone number in the signature block. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.045(d)(requiring signatures in compliance with Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.515). On November 1,2022, this court issued an order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissedas from a nonfinal, nonappealable order and an order that required the corporateAppellant to retain counsel, who must file a notice of appearance. The case wasdismissed on December 7, 2022, based on Appellant's failure to respond to the order toshow cause. Bernard Merisier has filed a motion for reinstatement. In the motion, whichagain is filed pro se and signed without providing an address or telephone number asrequired, he asserts that this court mailed the orders to his personal address rather thanthe business address.Within twenty days from the date of this order, Appellant shall retain counsel asdirected by this court's November 1, 2022, order, who shall respond to this court'sNovember 1, 2022, order to show cause. This order shall be served upon Appellant atthe business address provided. The motion for reinstatement remains pending but willbe denied absent timely compliance with this order.
