A credit card opened at XXXX XXXX XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX, with a balance of {$250.00}. These accounts have resulted in several fraudulent hard inquiries and fraudulent collections appearing on my consumer FICO credit report. I do not recognize the aforementioned accounts, collections, or hard inquiries as reported. The aforementioned accounts, collections, and hard inquiries appearing on my consumer credit report maintained by you were not opened, made, or initiated by me. All of the aforementioned accounts, and collections are the result of identity theft and fraud. I have attached a copy of FTC Identity Theft Criminal Complaint # ( XXXX ) as proof from the US Federal Trade Commission that all of the aforementioned consumer credit accounts, collections, and hard inquiries are the result of identity theft and fraud.

Complaint What Happened Your company is illegally trying to collect and is furnishing false items that violate my consumer rights and FDCPA and FCRA. Be advised that your claim is disputed. Debt validation has to be provided in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC {$XXXX} and as amended by adding the following new Title XXXX XXXX {$XXXX} et seq., and the Fair Credit Billing Act, 15 USC. {$XXXX} et seq. Complaint What Happened I resided at XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I filed a complaint with HUD for discrimination. HUD did an investigation and found their property manager guilty of discrimination, and I have been being retaliated against since they found out I reported them. From the beginning of me living there, they have padded my water bill over {$300.00} they were forced to credit back to my account. They filed a fake eviction against me due to a clerical error by said property manager. The issue that Im filing with you is complaining with you is they filed this fake bill that has now destroyed my credit. Not only did I not owe them money when I moved out, but they actually owed me money, which I have the checks that I will attach of them, paying me for their involvement in discrimination against me. They didnt comply with our settlement agreement, nor have they done anything that they were supposed to do other than give me the checks and then compile a fictitious bill of things I dont owe them and added line items of things they actually paid me for. I attempted to contact the third-party collection agency who I informed of all of this information and was told to send the evidence and it would be removed and now they wont take my phone calls. All of the malicious, fictitious information XXXX has filed against me was pure retaliation against me for reporting their unstable property manager who was found guilty of discrimination against me, which they refused to acknowledge her unprofessional behavior as well as refused to fire her for her behavior. They transferred her to another property, but still employ this woman who intentionally destroyed my name on paper.

Complaint What Happened I have a debt collection on my report from PROFESSIONAL DEBT MEDIAT. I have no knowledge of this debt collector. I have tried to report it to XXXX but nothing worked. I have never had any kind of contract or binding agreement with this company. I have no clue why they are saying I owe them any kind of money. This debt collector keeps reporting to my credit report and it is hurting my credit. I don't know if they have this in error but I have no knowledge of this company.

Complaint What Happened Im sorry I had no Knowledge that this was XXXX XXXX working with Professional Debt Mediation Inc. I did not expect them to be reporting anything to my credit considering the fact I never signed a lease with them! Unfortunately this information the company provided is misleading. I was never prompted to pay {$120.00} application fee. The manager at the time XXXX XXXX told me I had to bring the application fee into him. He ran my application FIRST without collecting the fee. I attached emails of XXXX XXXX sending me the application through email and me sending the application back to him, and of me asking XXXX XXXX if I can come and bring the application fee in and him responding " Thank you, XXXX, received, We are reviewing ''. XXXX XXXX did not mention or inform me when to bring the fee in. Once I was denied the apartment XXXX called me and told me I was denied. He did not collect any fee from me. XXXX did not follow company procedures of collecting application fee first before running my application. I was never sent any form or payment authorization to run this application fee to where I could even deny payment. Therefor they can not make this as a debt owed! The company procedures was not followed and they are serving the consequences to the applicants.

Complaint What Happened This company still has not : - sent proper and complete documents and all accounting regarding this alleged debt - debt has never been verified/validated - provided a contract in which I owe the anything This company is company is still reporting/trying to collect this debt AFTER the statute of limitations per Florida 's SOL and is reaging the alleged debt on the credit treport. They continue to willfully violate my rights under the FDCPA and FCRA and have not complied. They are providing a contract with a second party that has NOTHING to do with them.
