Instance 1: On or about 10/30/2019 and days prior, at the hotel the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20ft, in that employees were working on the 3rd floor deck without having a fall protection system in place. Instance 2: On or about 10/30/2019 and days prior, at the cottages the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18ft, in that employees were working from the roof trusses without wearing fall protection equipment. Instance 3: On or about 10/30/2019 and days prior, at the cottages the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8ft, in that employees were cutting lumber near a stairway that did not have any rails erected around the perimeter. |
