Complaint What Happened I contracted covid XXXX while working as a XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was seen in the XXXX at XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. I was diagnosed XXXX day later by my primary care provider and was off work from XXXX of XXXX until late XXXX XXXX of XXXX due to severe XXXX issues. I was required to have an echocardiogram done to return to work. This is the bill for that echo which should have been covered under workmans comp. However, XXXX took the stance of cant prove you caught covid while working so Covid, according to XXXX was not covered. I contacted the Arkansas XXXX XXXX XXXX and filed a complaint as initiated to have the fee removed. I have spoke with the collection agency stating the amount should have been covered by the company I worked for which is the same company there performed the medical exam. I have had no luck to gain a resolution of having this amount removed from my credit report. I offered to make payments to XXXX at the time but they stated the would not take {$25.00} a month payments and would take it out of your check in XXXX payments as I still worked for the company. Once they refused my payment offered I tried to get it covered under workmans comp. I wont be bullied into paying for this when XXXX should have been responsible.
