This court deems the reply attached to the appellee's motion as filed for this court's consideration. The appellee filed a motion for appellate attorney's fees pursuant to section 768.79, Florida Statutes (2019), and Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.442 based on the appellee's separate proposals for settlement served on each appellant. It is undisputed that the appellee timely filed its fee motion in this court. The appellee's motion for appellate attorney's fees is conditionally granted upon the trial court's determination of entitlement based on the proposals for settlement. If the trial court determines that the appellee is entitled to appellate attorney's fees, the trial court shall set fees in a reasonable amount.
