My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, for committing identity theft. I have never given NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am aware that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of a defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 12 ).
I have not validated any alleged debt with NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS and my failure to dispute the validity of these alleged debts shall not be construed as an admission of liability. As of XX/XX/2022, I have not received any documentary evidence, such as a trilateral contract, giving NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS any right to collect on this alleged debt.
I have never received any documentation requesting validation from NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report, including but not limited to 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 4 ) which the FTC defines as debt parking. If NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me, the consumer, prior to furnishing it on my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation.
I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS, will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. Upon the receipt of the documents herein and of this notice, you are hereby notified Pursuant UCC 1-202f. Your prompt attention and response are both requested and required.

I obtained an auto loan with NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS , Inc. XX/XX/XXXX.
They target individuals with low credit ratings and issue high interest auto loans.
I questioned their high interest rates, my down payment and the original loan agreement, and was given the run around. This company is ripping people off daily. I made a {$7000.00} down payment made several advance payments for six month in advance. Principle loan amount stayed the same after 3 years. Contacted their office and questioned the interest rate and payout amount got the run around. After several attempts they told me that they had to send the request out to a different department and I would n't be able to speak to them directly. After no response to several request. I resulted in trading the vehicle in on XX/XX/XXXX in in order to get out of the bad loan. Worst customer service experience ever.
I would like someone to investigate this company accounting practices and their affiliation with the local automobile dealerships.

I am writing to formally dispute the reporting of a voluntary repossession on my credit report associated with account number [ Account Number ]. I believe this entry is inaccurate and should be removed urgently, as it does not meet the requirements set forth by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
Under the FCRA, consumers have the right to dispute any information they believe is incorrect. I previously requested a method of verification from the reporting agency but did not receive any response. The lack of adequate verification further supports my assertion that this account is inaccurately reported.
Specifically, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) of the FCRA grants consumers the right to request the deletion of information that can not be verified as accurate. Given that the creditor has failed to provide the necessary verification, I am formally requesting the removal of this account from my credit report. I kindly urge the CFPB to intervene in this matter and ensur
e that my credit report is amended to reflect accurate and verified information. The presence of this erroneous account is causing undue harm to my creditworthiness, and I believe that swift action is necessary.

I do not believe I was late on the dates you are reporting. I have paid my car loan in full ( $ XXXX+ ) with National Auto Lenders on XX/XX/2019 and it has been 3 months. We have not received our title and the lender has not send request to XXXX request for Lien Holder to be removed. They issued a Lien Satisfaction twice with incorrect information. However, it has been corrected, now XXXX XXXX Agency in XXXX XXXX, FL and XXXX XXXX, FL refused to accept it. They are stating we need the original title, which we never received. It has created a very stressful situation over the past week for my family and I. I would like to request if someone will please contact National Auto Lenders title department at XXXX and ask for the responsible party and ask them to submit the necessary request to remove their name from our title with XXXX so that we can obtain it without the hassle. It has been a bit of discrimination and hassle dealing with the XXXX workers in the local offices. We are not being treated fair compared to their same race of peers. Please investigate this matter as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

i have a current loan and was wrongfully repossessed, i was advised that i had a deferment payment how ever no paper work received, to confirm, i was advised via phone deferment was approved .after submitting over XXXX in fees to recover my vehicle, Further more a tracking device was installed in my vehicle with out my consent ... .... I have filed complaints with the XXXX and the credit reporting agencies in refrence to a data provider NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS. I requested to please provide physical proof so I can validate the account and the alleged alligations. National Auto Lenders States whats being reported is correct but has not to respond to my certified request to allow me to verify the account or send me anything inrefrence to this ccount to support their statement. I have also made an attempt by phone and was advised that I will recieve a call back but unfortunitely again to my disappointment no one responded or call me back. I have attached the letter sent to National Auto lenders and reciept of successful delivary.

I lost my job due to the national disaster hurricane Irma I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX my loan amount is {$14000.00} left on it my father and I got a appraisal for the vehicle due to a prior accident on the vehicle history that the car was totaled its only worth {$9000.00} my father offer the best he can to pay the loan off which was {$12000.00} they to me and my father that they do not care about if I lost my job I shouldve never finance the car its a business. I told them I do understand its a business but things do happen thats out of our control and I know its something we can negotiate. Horrible company with even worst employees. They need to be reported and shut down immediately. Would NOT recommend anyone to do business with them.

On XXXX XXXX 2016 National Auto Lenders repossessing a vehicle or fraudulent fraudulently I have recently found out through a copy of my title history report that they still own that vehicle they sent me a fraudulent deficiency balance notice saying that they sold that car so that 's how to prove that they never sold the vehicle and I want it removed from my credit report XXXX and XXXX has already removed it with information that I have sent only XXXX will not remove it with the information that I sent I am seeking you any type of monetary value that I can get from this fraudulent case but right now I just want them to remove it from my XXXX credit report I am uploading a copy of the title thank you

I would like to request an investigation for this account NATIONAL AUTO LENDERS XXXX. The bureaus are reporting late payments on this account which I don't agree. I do not believe I was late on the dates you are reporting. I highly recommend you deliver confirmation that the alleged account was in fact late so you have the necessary practices to make sure you accurately inspect your accusations. This account was reporting a balance of XXXX and the status is already CLOSED.
