Crossbraces were used as a means of access: On or about March 3, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees were accessing the tubular welded scaffolding by climbing the outside rails and not utilizing a ladder, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 6 inches. |
