Complaint What Happened	Rocket Money I subscribed to Rocket Money and found interesting their " negotiation of bills '' option that offer. After days of subscribed, i got a request of user name and password from them in order to proceed with " negotiation " of bill from XXXX after this i got an email saying that their negotiation gas successfully and is saving me {$500.00} per year or XXXX XXXX monthly. Also that since there was an agreement for 40 % of savings for successful agreement they were gon na charge {$200.00}. Originally didn't find it strange. But when i started analyzing my bill from XXXX. There were no change at all. The same amount i was paying i will continue paying. So what really hapenned is that XXXX gives the change with 1 click of continue with the same benefits of the plan. However even having not doing any negotiation as manifested. They wanted to charge for something not done.

Complaint What Happened	XXXX XXXX has a service whereby they negotiate better rates from paid services. They indicated that they saved me {XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX That bill only remained low for XXXX XXXX and now its higher than it was prior to their negotiation. It is now {$140.00} a month and before they started their negotiations it was {$130.00} per month. They are charging me XXXX for what they say they saved me when they have not saved me anything. Ive sent numerous emails because theres no telephone number to call and I have received no response. I dont want them to negotiate anything else for me and I would like to get a refund or at least have them stop billing me for something they never saved me.

Complaint What Happened	I download the TrueBill app, and deactivated my account after 2 days. Since then they have taken money out of my personal checking account numerous times adding up to over {$500.00} in charges. I shouldn't have been charged anything, and if anything it should have been a one time small fee ( Under {$7.00} ). There isn't a customer service line. I've tried live chat, with no reply. I've tried social media and activating live chat on social media with no response. I've tried emailing, no response. I'm not sure what else there is left to do.
