Description ORD-GRANT. PROHIBITION ~ Petitioner’s petition for writ of prohibition is granted. The lower tribunal lacksjurisdiction to reenter the April 6, 2021, order on attorney’s fees because that order,when construed with the lower tribunal’s prior March 8, 2021, order that “struck”entitlement to attorney’s fees under section 57.105, Florida Statutes, was a final orderthat was not timely appealed. Accordingly, the lower tribunal shall proceed no further inentering a new order. See Travelers Cas. & Sur. Co. of Am. v. Culbreath Isles Prop.Owners Ass'n, 103 So. 3d 896, 899 (Fla. 2d DCA 2012) (“The rule is firmly establishedin this State that the trial Court loses jurisdiction of a cause after a judgment or finaldecree has been entered and the time for filing petition for rehearing . . . has expired orsame has been denied.”).Respondent’s motion to recall the mandate in case 2D21-1019 is denied asuntimely.
