Crossbraces were used as a means of access: On or about March 5, 2024, near the intersection of 218 SW Street and Old Dixie Highway, Miami, Florida, employees were exposed to an approximated 7-foot fall hazard while accessing a scaffold without a safe means of access/egress. |
