29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot 29 Revana Wy Freeport FL. 32439: On or about February 8, 2024 and prior to, the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities without wearing fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of approximately 13 feet 6 inches to the ground below. JS Best Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or is equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1715789, citation number 1, item 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2024, with respect to a workplaces located at 5808 Belmont Stakes Road, Lot 4D, Briddle Wood, Pensacola, Florida and 5816 Belmont Stakes Road, Lot 2D, Briddle Wood, Pensacola, Florida. |
