On the roof, at a temporary worksite of a residence located at 17971 Nassau Drive in Jacksonville, Florida 32226: On or about December 6, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 14-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while removing and installing roof materials. b. On the roof, at a temporary worksite of a residence located at 548 Eagle Hill Court, Jacksonville, Florida 32218: On or about December 6, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 8 to 13-foot, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while removing and installing roof materials. Valor Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684107, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 478 Tallulah Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32208. |
