On or about November 20, 2023, at the left side and the front of the building, employees were exposed to a 13 feet 3 inch fall hazard while performing stucco activities, in that the scaffold was not fully planked and parts of the platform was missing or damaged. |

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. The scaffold structure was used as a means of access. a) On or about November 20, 2023; at the front and the left side of the building, employees were exposed to a 13 feet 3 inch fall hazard, in that, employees were working on 1st and 2nd tier of the scaffold installing stucco and were not provided a safe means of access to upper and lower levels of the scaffold. |
