PFG Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729878, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 891 Point Emerson BLVD, Apopka Fl. 32703, Lot 85. |

On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 18, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 10-feet, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential staircase while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor. b. On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 18, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 10-feet 9-iches, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential foyer while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor. c. On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 85, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 10-feet, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential staircase while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor. d. On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 85, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 10-feet 9-inches, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential foyer while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor. e. On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 85, employees conducted framing work activities on the front of the house were exposed to fall hazards of 20-feet 7-inches, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced. f. On or about February 12, 2024, on Lot 85, employees conducting framing work activities on the front entrance of the house were exposed to fall hazards of 9-feet 10-inches, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced. g. On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 86, employees conducting framing work activities on top of a roof truss at the center of the house were exposed to fall hazards of 16-feet 10-inches, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced. h. On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 86, employees conducted framing work activities while standing on the concrete walls of the house were exposed to fall hazards of 9-feet 4-inches, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced. |
