PFG Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729878, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 891 Point Emerson BLVD, Apopka Fl. 32703, Lot 85.

On or about February 22, 2024, on Lot 18, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximate 10-feet 9-iches, in that the use of a guardrail system was not provided on the residential foyer while the employees conducted framing work activities on the second floor. c.
