On or about December 18, 2023, on lot 6, employees used a multi positioned ladder to access the working area on the roof were they were conducting decking activities, in that the ladder was set approximate 12-inches pass the roof landing, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards of 10-feet 2-inches to the lower ground .
