Upon the Court's own motion, the Initial Brief, Corrected Initial Brief, and Appendix thereto are stricken. On or before April 16, 2024, with no further extensions, Appellant shall file a rules-compliant amended initial brief and appendix. The appendix shall contain only items contained in the lower court docket. To the extent a relevant item was presented to the lower court but not included in the docket, Appellant shall move this Court for relief and shall not include such item in the appendix absent permission from this Court. MISCELLANEOUS ORDER (OR999) ~ Upon consideration, the Court grants Appellants' Motion for review of order denying stay, and directs the trial court to conduct a hearing within fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order, pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.310 and section 45.045, Florida Statutes, and thereafter to exercise its discretion in determining whether to grant a supersedeas bond and, if so, the amount of same and any other condition deemed appropriate. Should the trial court grant a supersedeas bond in an amount less than that required for an automatic stay under Rule 9.310, it may permit Appellees to engage in discovery for the limited purpose of determining whether Appellants have dissipated or diverted assets outside the ordinary business, or are in the process of doing so. See § 45.045(3), Fla. Stat. (2023). Upon consideration, Appellants' Motion to Permit Limited Reply to Appellees' Response to the Emergency Motion to Stay is hereby denied as moot.
