Garage area: On a 3:12 pitch roof, at a worksite located at 2102 College Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32204: On or about January 30, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while tearing off an old roof system. The employees were exposed to hazard up to 8 1/2 feet to the ground. b. Home: On a 4:12 pitch roof, at a worksite located at 2102 College Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32204: On or about January 30, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection were not utilized by employees while tearing off an old roof system. The employees were exposed to hazards up to 24 feet to the ground. Blue Sky Florida Homes, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660242, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4659 Post Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32205. |
