| Citation text line | 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At 12175 Phillips Highway Building 300 - Mason Davis Creek Apartments, Jacksonville, FL 32256: On or about August 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that body belts and lanyards were not being enforced for employees working from the lift to install Hardi board. The employees were being exposed up to 30 feet high. Star Pavers & Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590111, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1175 North Beachview Drive, Unit 255, Jekyll Island, GA 31527. |
