At the worksite, located at 234 Bangsberg Rd SE Port Charlotte, FL 33952; On or about 2/15/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that unauthorized and untrained personnel were authorized to mount on top of a unsecured wooden pallet and be lifted by a Genie- GTH 636 telescoping forklift that was utilized to lift employees and materials approximately 16 feet in order to perform sheathing and framing operations on the 3rd level of a newly constructed residential home. |
