At 98 Great Star Court, Saint Augustine Florida: On or about August 17, 2022, on the 5:12 pitch roof, the employer exposed framing employees to 10-foot to 19-foot fall hazards in that they were not protected by a fall protection system while installing framing and roof sheathing boards. b. At 98 Great Star Court, Saint Augustine Florida: On or about August 17, 2022, at the second-floor stairwell opening, employees were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard from the unprotected edges, in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. |
