On the roof of a single story commercial building, located at 844 North Stone Street, Deland, Florida: on or about January 27, 2021, the employer exposed employees to 10-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. ACC Roofing, P.A. (previously known as ACC Roofing, LLC), was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1254155, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2970 North State Road 7, Margate, Florida 33063. |
