At the roof truss and wall top plate areas of a new construction home, located at 18 S. Blue Heron Drive, Lot 1B, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida: On or about November 19, 2019, the employer exposed two employees to eye injuries from flying debris-type struck-by hazards, in that the use of eye protection was not enforced as the employees operated pneumatic nail guns. b. On the ground area of a new construction home, located at 18 S. Blue Heron Drive, Lot 1B, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida: On or about November 19, 2019, the employer exposed an employee to eye injuries from flying debris-type struck-by hazards, in that the use of eye protection was not enforced as the employee operated a portable circular hand saw. |
