At Building 14, on a multi-family residential apartment rooftop located at 13700 Sutton Park Drive N., Jacksonville FL: On or about July 9, 2021, the employer exposed employees to a 28-foot fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by any employees while conducting re-roofing operations. The Aaron Roofing and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479371, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2044 N. Cranbrook Avenue, St. Augustine, Florida 32092. |
