The employee had not been trained on the correct way to setup a fall arrest system. b) On or about 08/14/2019, at the construction site, an employee working in an aerial lift at a height of 21 feet was wearing his harness' chest strap at his stomach. The employee had not been trained on how to wear the harness. |
