Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about 7/11/2023, at 2307 NE 7th St. Hallandale, Florida 33009, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a flat roof 19-feet above the ground without the use of conventional fall protection. |
