Complaint What Happened To Whom It May Concern, Five months ago I made an application for a mortgage with a broker. Now broker is trying to make me pay more than I declared and I have on closing. 1 ) Even though I do not have sufficient funds in my bank account for down payment, ( My documents sum up to {$170.00} at the bank ) the broker managed to get an approval which I won't be able to pay for closing. ( {$190.00} is required ) Under normal conditions the loan should be declined due to insufficient funds. 2 ) On the loan pre approval process, broker did not request any documents except an " Employment Information '' ( Attached ) 3 ) Broker did not asked for my expenses so loan monthly payments were shaped based on my gross salary which I won't be able to pay if my net salary is taken into account. The house is intended to be bought is on construction and the construction company does not consider it even if this mortgage is approved based on wrong financial information. Construction company and lender is expecting me to pay the down payment which I never declared and does not exist. Also, I did not sign the mortgage documents and lender is threatening me to loose the deposit that was given to construction company. Thank you for your support.
