On or about November 20, 2018, at the jobsite, subcontractor employees installing roof trusses, on a 4-story apartment complex, were allowed to stand on the top plate and in the trusses without fall protection, thus exposing the employees to a fall hazard between 9 feet and 41 feet. b. On or about November 20, 2018, at the jobsite, subcontractor employees installing OSB sheathing on a 4/12 pitched roof, of a 4-story apartment complex, were not protected from falling approxmailety 41 feet to the ground below. |
