Side Patio area, of a temporary residential worksite, at 947 Dancy Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32205: On or about February 23, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utliized by the employee while using a Bosch hammer drill to drill holes into wood. |
