Employees were framing lumber on the edge of the third floor without a fall protection system. Employees exposed to a fall height of up to 20 feet. Reyes Family Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346450, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 Tapestry Park Drive Building 1, Land O Lakes, FL, 34639. |

On or about September 14, 2018, employees working above the 4th floor were installing and standing up roof trusses while walking on the wood trusses that were laying down, exposing the employees to a 9 foot fall hazard to the floor below. b. On or about September 14, 2018, employees installing and standing up roof trusses were standing directly at the edge of the building, exposing the employees to a 42 foot fall hazard. |
