Employees performing roofing work at elevations of six feet or more above the ground are not being protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system: Florida Roof Specialists, Inc. fails to assure effective protection against fall as required by the standard, as demonstrated on March 18, 2024, when eight (8) subcontracting employees performing roofing work on a 5:12 roof pitch of a house located at 1 White Hurst Lane, in Palm Coast, Florida, were exposed to the fall hazards, in that subcontracting employees did not use fall protection system.
