| Citation text line | 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 26, 2019, at 8364 Grand Prix Lane, Palm Meadows, Lot 197, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33472, employees who were not using any means of conventional fall protection were exposed to fall hazards ranging from heights of 9 feet, 3 inches to 23 feet to ground level, while installing plywood sheathing and self-adhering base sheets on roofs with a pitch of 4:12, at residential buildings in construction. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. |
