The debt listed by XXXX is something I had zero idea about up until it was posted on my report. I never received any notice of this debt other than the report. The company informed me about the debt details after I requested information. It was from a plumber who did work on my house two years ago, that I was told the seller of my house would reimburse me for. Digging further, I did find an invoice in my email but otherwise I did not receive any follow up about the payment being due. I never received any communication from the plumbing company and I never received any notice in the mail of a bill being due. Ive never received any notice of this debt.
Additionally, the name and address on my invoice is incorrect, and it is incorrect on the debt report I was given.

She has somehow found m family 's landline phone number and has been calling and harassing my elderly mother with abusive and threatening language. We have her voicemails, emails, and constant tyrants captured to be shared as evidence of her aggressive actions.

I am not liable for this debt with XXXX XXXX and do not have a contract with Nexum Group Inc. They did not provide me with the original application or documents like I asked. Nexum Group is very aggressive and nasty. They don't let you explain why you don't owe a debt with XXXX XXXX ; they just get demanding nasty and tell you ; you better paid this debt or we going to report you to the credit bureau, and this will be on your credit report for 7yrs.
I try to explain to Nexum representative the reason why this is not debt with XXXX XXXX I signed a contract with XXXX XXXX to have my roof done I had to pay my deductible up front before they started on my roof and salesperson said that only thing, I have to pay out of pocket may insurance with pay the remaining. So, once they finished the roof, they received the check from the insurance company after that I received a bill in the mail saying I owe them {$1300.00} I called the finance department and talked to someone named XXXX and I asked him what this bill for he said for extra wood they added to roof. I ask him why anyone didn't talk to me about this first he didn't give me and answer, so I asked for a receipt from them he told me they don't have to provide me a receipt, so I told him I'm not paying until your show me some proof of this extra wood for {$1300.00} are we can take this to court and handle this in court, the next thing I know Nexum Group calling my phone demanding me to pay them. I not paying no one unit some of your show me some document stating that XXXX pay for this amount for wood.
