Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a). At The Site - Employees were working on a prefabricated scaffold 18 feet from the ground with no access. Employees were observed on the second and third buck of the scaffolding using cross braces to gain access to the ground, exposing employees to a fall hazard on or about 3/19/2018. |
