29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 20, 2019, at a job site located at 24402 SW 117 Path, Lot 11741, Miami, Florida, 33186, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet to ground level, while performing fascia work for the roof of a new residential home, without using any method of conventional fall protection system. Molina Construction Corp. was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256542, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed a final order on 03/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 24856 SW 28 Terrace, Miami, FL, 33185 |
