The letter stated I could respond by email before XX/XX/year>. On XX/XX/year>, I emailed BCA Financial Services requesting validation of the debt. In my communication, I explicitly stated that I wished to be contacted only via email going forward. On XX/XX/year>, BCA Financial Services replied via email but failed to provide full debt validation and everything i requested. Instead, they only sent a ledger and asked me to make a payment. This response did not satisfy my request for proper validation of the debt. Despite my request for email-only communication, BCA Financial Services called me on XX/XX/year>. Complaint What Happened I would like to request for experience to send credit reports to all agencys who recieved or look up my credit report, as to there has been ALOt of hard inquiry not authorized by my on report I am in the process of disputing, I have medical bills from BCA Financial. The have ILLEGALLY and UNauthlrozed by myself exposed my medical records to another agencys without my approval which is covered by HIPPA. I want help, or advice to get off my record. BCA FINANCIAL SERVICES, It Ian illegal so send/expose my personal medical records to ANYONE or ANY business/agency! This collection has made it very difficult to progress my credit! Also, XXXX XXXX of XXXX has done the same thing!!!!!! Unauthorized by me and illegal! XXXX XXXX XXXX! I am going to look further into a lawsuit if they do not remove from my report! AS for hard inquirys that need to be removed as to I did not authorize these either, XXXX XXXX XXXX has multiple inquirys that I did not authorize, XXXX XXXX has multiple inquirys, XXXX XXXX, I have so many but I am going to start off with this complaint. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX, these companies ALL have somehow gone on my report!!!!! And need to be taken off please!

Complaint What Happened I spoke with this debt collector by phone and told them this wasn't a debt I owed. They still sent me a letter insisting I acknowledge and pay this debt without any proof. This company should nt have ANY of my medical history. My medical history is protected by HIPPA, I dont know these people and why would they ave access to private medical information? Why is this legal and who are these people with my address and stating they have access to my medical history?
