On this date, an employee performing powder coating on car suspension parts was exposed to 20.0 mg/m3 of dust during a 418-minute sampling period. The employee's 8-hour TWA of 17.6 mg/m3 was approximately 117% of the OSHA-PEL of 15 mg/m3. The employee was powder coating car suspension parts during a full-day shift. The exposure level was derived from one continuous sample collected over a 418-minute sampling period; zero exposure was considered for the remaining 62 minutes of the work shift. b) For employees at 928 Sligh Ave. in Seffner (FL) engaged in the welding of car suspension parts that did not receive training on the hazards associated with welding fumes such as iron oxide and manganese. As observed on or about August 27, 2019. c) For employees at 928 Sligh Ave. in Seffner (FL) engaged in dry blasting of car suspension parts that did not receive training on the hazards associated with aluminum oxide.
