The employees were working without the use of a fall arrest system such as a full body harness with a safety lanyard or a body belt used as a restraint system. b. On or about September 26, 2019, at the jobsite, on the east side of the front entrance, employees applying plaster, to the exterior wall of a commercial building, were exposed to ejection hazards while working from a JLG 660SJ aerial lift. The employees were working without the use of a fall arrest system such as a full body harness with a safety lanyard or a body belt used as a restraint system. |
