At 4939 Big Pine Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, on or about July 6, 2023: the employer exposed employees to a 9 feet 3 inches fall hazard, in that no fall protection system was being utilized while employees performed roof sheathing activities on a 5:12 pitched roof. |
