The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a. On or about 02/09/2017, at building 1 - employees were not using personal fall protection equipment while installing soffit from a JLG 400S aerial lift, exposing the employees to a 25 feet fall hazard. b. On or about 02/09/2017, at building 7 - an employee was not using personal fall protection equipment while installing wood frame from a JLG 400S aerial lift, exposing the employee to a 14 feet fall hazard. |
