Crossbraces were used as a means of access: A) On or about July 6, 2022, at 13050 Addilyn Ct., Lot #3, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 13 feet to ground level when applying plastering to the walls of a home under construction when using a scaffold without a safe means of access and egress; the employees used the crossbraces to access/egress the scaffold. B) On or about July 7, 2022, at 13050 Addilyn Ct., Lot #8, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 13 feet to ground level when applying plastering to the walls of a home under construction when using a scaffold without a safe means of access and egress; the employees used the crossbraces to access/egress the scaffold.
